We set out to highlight the area’s rich mix of amenities and the lifestyle that comes with it. The final product is a warm, energetic piece that positions Townside Village as a vibrant, well-connected place to live.

The aim was to position Townside Village as a vibrant, well-connected community in Langley. With a focus on both lifestyle and location, the campaign needed to speak to young families, couples, and downsizers looking for the right blend of convenience, charm, and livability.
In a single day we were able to capture a vast amount of content thanks to our careful planning and our great crew!
We led the creative and managed full production for this real estate campaign, filming across nine Langley locations in a single day. By capturing both video and photography, we efficiently built out a versatile content library to support the launch and ongoing marketing efforts.
