Century Group’s vision for the Southlands community blends modern living with deep agricultural roots. To bring that story to life, we created a mini-documentary series that spotlights the farmers, planners, and community leaders behind the project. The series captures the evolution of the development and highlights the thoughtful planning behind this farm-to-table, beachside community. Alongside the doc-style films, we delivered a wide-ranging social rollout built to support marketing across every stage of the project

We wanted to get up close & personal with the community & their purpose at Southlands.

Century Group’s Southlands community is a development rooted in sustainability, local agriculture, and thoughtful design. The goal of this series was to showcase the people and purpose behind the community. We set out to highlight the community’s unique farm-to-table lifestyle and its connection to the land and the people shaping it.

A special video for a special place.

We filmed across multiple locations, we captured the development’s progress, its deep agricultural values, and its coastal charm. In addition to the films, we produced a robust social rollout to support marketing across every stage of the project. We were able to work with the developer from the beginning to the end of the development, so we were able to truly capture how Southlands started, how it’s going, and where it’s going next.
