Ksana: Lifestyle Real Estate Promotional Video
Fifth Avenue partnered with NoraVera to develop the promotional video and photography for Ksana, a new development in Port Moody. Inspired by the Sanskrit meaning of “Ksana”, a fleeting moment in time, we built a creative concept around the idea of meaningful everyday moments shared between family. From sharing a pancake breakfast to a glass of wine to end a day, we wanted to capture all those little, feel good moments.
We turned Ksana’s story into a visual experience, blending lifestyle moments with the local charm of Port Moody.
The goal of this campaign was to introduce Ksana as a vibrant, family-friendly community in Port Moody. We wanted to evoke a sense of warmth and connection by focusing on the everyday moments that make a house a home, set against the backdrop of the beautiful local amenities.
Our team travelled to classic Port Moody locations to capture all the little moments waiting to happen.
In one day, we captured both video and photography for Ksana’s promotional materials, shooting at the presentation centre and across Port Moody. With a focus on family moments and local amenities, we collaborated with local businesses to bring the concept to life. We delivered a complete package of assets, including video and photography, showcasing the essence of life at Ksana. After a day in the sun our team was able to walk away with a great video, a bit of Rocky Point ice cream, and only a few mild sunburns.
