Inspired by the infamous “one shot” from Martin Scorsese’s Goodfellas, this commercial spot was a fun challenge. Our lead actor played the Manager of a bustling restaurant during a dinner rush. We wanted to show how the 7shifts app would ease the troubles of running a busy restaurant with a full staff running at capacity.
7shifts makes managing a busy restaurant feel seamless, even during a hectic shift!
By bringing the product into a fast-paced, real-world environment, we set out to highlight the app’s ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
It turns out filming a chaotic busy restaurant takes a lot of time, background actors, and careful planning.
From concept to execution, we handled casting, location scouting, choreography, and production. We filled the restaurant with a lively cast of background actors and decided to film overnight to avoid disruption. Every detail was carefully timed, bringing a sense of energy, realism, and polish to the final piece.
