Pinterest Future of Work Corporate Video
We used motion graphics and fun mixed media to guide viewers through the unveiling of Pinterest’s new hybrid work policy called Pinflex. We created all aspects of this project from concept to completion, from writing, editing, casting, and production. We decided to show the unique and stylish employees of Pinterest through three hyper stylized workspaces, all filmed on custom designed sets in one location. This project was an absolute blast to work on, and we even got to have our own cameos in the “brainstorm meeting” scene!

The goal of this project was to help Pinterest introduce Pinflex, their new hybrid work model, through a clear, human-centered video. Combining live-action footage with motion graphics, we created a piece that communicates the flexibility, intention, and employee-first values behind the policy.
With such iconic branding, we wanted to make sure that every frame looked like it could exist on somebody’s Pinterest board.
NoraVera led the entire production from concept to final delivery. We handled casting, wardrobe, locations, set decoration, and hair & makeup to ensure a polished and authentic look across all scenes. Our amazing art department absolutely killed it on the set design, we wanted to highlight the individuality of each employee and we did just that through the set dressing. Our team also worked with the Pinterest team to gather footage of real Pinterest employees at the office and paired them with custom motion graphics to bring the Pinflex story to life.
